Right so I'm at home on a drizzly Sunday morning, and I think to myself 'I know, I'll go and see Danny (my garage friend) and see what he's up to' I set off from my road and go on to Victoria Road. As I head towards the trainstation I encounter the corner. Now, there's cars parked on one side, mine, but I reackon there's enough room for two cars, otherwise there would be an accident every five minutes right?? Well I'm going real slow cause it's a crappy corner anyway, so I'm heading round this corner at about 10-15mph, and I see this guy heading towards me, I think fine he's quiet far away-no danger etc etc. Well he just keeps on going and when the front of his car has past mine he decides it's going to be a really great idea to stamp on the brakes, on a slightly wet road, when he was going far to fast. His car (crap I may add) smacked right into the rear side panel of mine, and spun me right round so it looked like I was actually going the other way!!

So being my usual calm self, and not getting worked up (pah-ha!) I jump out of my car, survey the damage and then picked up a piece of bumper (from the road) and continue to shout at this tosser to check out what he has done to my little car.

Well, he starts by saying, oooo, no blame situation, bad corner, shit just runs out of my mouth. The whole time i'm there saying NO you wanker look what you have done to my car, you were going too fast. Police arrive. About five people come forward from around the crash and say he was doing about 60mph right before the impact (roads a 30). I'm thinking, this is going to be OK these nice people are helping me. Anyway tosser taxi driver gets one of his little friends to come and get him out of trouble, who, for the record is also a tosser. Police actually caution him with driving without due care and attention.

Anyway this was back in Feb and it's now Oct. He's gone through the 'It's your fault, it's all your fault' And then he decided that again it was a no blame situation. This one is actually going to court because i want my money! But recently he told my solictitor a few things and they kinda work totally not in his favour and only outline what i was saying......excellent...that's stupid men for you!!

From this crash we can learn never to travel with S**ft Taxi's again in my life and also hate men who drive them.

UPDATE: Well you'll be glad to know, well actually you probably don't care, but anyway, i never actually went to court, the week before i was due to go i got another shabby offer of 50/50 split... which of course i refused - then about half an hour after this i got another offer of 75/25 in my favour split. Still said no 'cause i want my no claims bonus. Then about 10 mins later i got 75/0 in my favour, but that was not going to be as much money as i would have got from court, but i would have got to keep my no claims bonus...YEAH!!. But i still said no, cause i'm greedy and i wanted more money. In the end i got about �200 less than i would have got if i had gone to court and totally won---- RESULT!! Chrissie no has her no claim bonus in tact and will get loads of money from nasty taxi man!! YEAH YEAH YEAH!.......
